Allow all the rice bowls to empty,
or*
allow the friendship bar to empty.
When this occurs, the attention icon will light up, and a speech bubble will appear, as the Tamagotchi character calls for you. Don't tend to their needs yet. After ~15 minutes, the attention icon will turn off. This is a care miss.
At this moment, your Tamagotchi character may:
- act as if nothing has happened;
- turn their back on you;
- start begging for help;
- become ill (and require medical assistance).
If you need more than one care miss, after the attention icon has turned off, you should fill one rice bowl (if all were empty), or fill some of the friendship bar (if it was empty) and wait until it beeps for you again. If you fill more, you will have to wait longer until it gets empty again.
Connection Tamagotchis
Allow the hunger meter to empty,
or*
allow the happiness meter to empty.
When this occurs, the attention icon will light up and your Tamagotchi will beep for your attention. Don't tend to their needs yet. After ~15 minutes, the attention icon will turn off. This is a care miss.
At this moment, your Tamagotchi character may:
- act as if nothing has happened;
- turn their back on you;
- become ill (and require medical assistance).
If you need more than one care miss, after the attention icon has turned off, you should fill one hunger heart (if all were empty), or one happy heart (if it was empty) and wait until it beeps for you again. If you fill more, you will have to wait longer until it the meter gets empty again.
* Note: it's not advisable to allow both to empty, as then you may get more care misses than you want.
